First of all... no one from INDIA will be selected so don't bother to bid. I've had so much bad experience with poor quality work and false promises that its ridiculous. I need an expert PHP developer who actually is an expert to help us complete some sites that have been left unfinished... (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: Open Cart, PHP, Wordpress)
